Little Women WORKSHOPS AND AUDITIONS
Louisa May Alcott’s famous classic story of the adventures of the four March sisters is brought to vivid musical life in 'Little Women.'
The story follows the lives, loves, tribulations and strong sisterhood of the sisters growing up during the American Civil War. Brassy, tomboy and aspiring writer Jo; romantic Meg; pretentious Amy and kind-hearted Beth live in Massachusetts with their ‘Marmee’ while their father is on the battlefield.
Filled with adventure (both real and imagined), heartbreak, and a deep sense of hope, the struggle of these 'Little Women' to find their own voices mirrors the growing pains of a young America.
The powerful score soars with heartache, hope and buoyant, joyful melodies and offers wonderful opportunities for male and female actor/singers ranging from teenage to 60 years old.
